5K Walk and Run - 10K Run - Kids Dash

Benefiting Eden's Trauma Center

Eden Medical Center will present the Run to the Lake on Sunday, July 11, 2010! The race starts in front of Eden Medical Center and continues to Lake Chabot Regional Park, and back. There is also a 50-yard dash just for kids age 3-8.

A free Health Expo from 7:30-10:30 am is open to the entire community. This year's Expo will again feature the popular expired medication drop-off center.

Chip Timing and Scoring 5K/10K
The latest in finish line timing! Timing Chip will be attached to your race bib. The Chip should be removed from the bib and attached to your shoe.
The top 3 overall male & female in the 5K/10K will be determined by the gun/horn start. Age division winners will be scored by chip timing. It is a disposable chip and does not have to be turned in at the finish line.
