Our Relationship to Our Community

Eden Medical Center plays an important role in the community through extensive programs to improve the health, wellness and quality of life of the people in the community. In turn, as a non-profit organization, we rely on our community's support to fulfill our mission.
There are also times when Eden is asked to help those outside our community. The staggering human tragedy that continues to unfold in southern Asia and Africa is beyond comprehension. It is shocking events such as these that compel us to look beyond our regional Northern California communities to the overwhelming needs of our global community. With this in mind, Sutter Health has already contributed $200,000 to the American Red Cross in support of relief efforts in the affected regions.
Individuals wishing to make personal contributions may do so through the Red Cross and other relief agencies. Contributions to the Red Cross International Response Fund may be sent to:
